Peter Turchi – (Don’t) Stop Me if You’ve Heard This Before: Storytelling Characters (July 2022)

$5.00

We are all storytellers. We tell stories about work, about travel, about the best and worst things that happen to us. It stands
to reason, then, that people in stories and novels can be storytellers, too. Focusing primarily on Toni Morrison’s Song of
Solomon, Turchi’s lecture looks at some of the different types of stories told by characters, how those stories effect the
tellers and their listeners, and how storytelling itself can be a dramatic event.
